Wild Organic Ways of Thinking
WHAT IS THE ‘CIRCULAR ECONOMY’ AND WHY SHOULD WE MOVE TOWARDS IT?
In a traditional linear economy, raw materials are extracted from the natural environment and turned into products, which are used and then discarded as waste.
WOW GOES ON SHOW
At WOW, we’ve been super busy getting ready for our first major trade expo: The Naturally Good Expo at Sydney’s Darling Harbour Convention Centre on 26th and 27th of May.
WHY, IN ANY ELECTION, THE ENVIRONMENT IS THE LOSER.
As polling day comes and goes, everywhere you turn you see shiny, smiling candidate faces on corflutes, asking for your vote. These signs, made of corrugated polypropylene, are an accepted part of the Australian electoral landscape; so much so that we use a trademark name as part of Aussie vernacular - Corflute is to waterproof signs what Hoover is to vacuum cleaners. Corflutes are used by politicians of all persuasions - for a very short time. Once the election is over they are collected (mostly - there are always a few stragglers) and need to be recycled…and that’s a problem....
WHAT’S IN A NAME? WE THINK QUITE A LOT
For you keen-eyed early adopters who have used WOW’s organic cleaning products in the past, you may have noticed a subtle recent change to the name of our company, from ‘Wild Organic Wash’ to ‘Wild Organic Ways’.
